3 month holders have access to all morning classes including Specialty classes for the duration of their pass)
* Open to all fitness levels and modifications will be provided if necessary
*Training Days & Classes ..Mondays 6:45pm - Shred & Wednesdays - Lift 6:45pm and Saturday Soulgilates 9:30am.
****New Run Club Saturday's 8:30am
*Specialty classes when offered, take place on Tuesdays or Thursday evenings at 6:45pm.
* Train Live Online or In person at the Rebel Studio ...285 Progress Ave.
* Note all Saturday and Specialty classes are Instudio Only
