3 month holders have access to all classes including evening classes and Specialty classes for the duration of their pass.

inside The Rebel Studio (285 Progress, unit 10)
* Open to all fitness levels and modifications will be provided if necessary.
*Training Days & Classes ..Tuesdays - Lift at 6:30am & Fridays - Shred
6:30am, and Saturdays 9:30am
* New Saturday Run club 8:30am
*Specialty classes when offered, take place on Tuesdays or Thursday evenings at 6:45pm
* Train Live Online or In person at the Rebel Studio ...285 Progress Ave.
* Note all Saturday and Specialty classes are Instudio Only
